  • Play Therapy

    Play can be a powerful tool in healing and processing through past and current trauma. Through the utilization of various items, such as dolls, a sand box, puppets, etc., children and adolescents learn how to share their experiences in an effective manner.

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

    CBT teaches how thoughts, feelings and behaviors all influence each other. Through CBT, clients learn how to identify and challenge unhelpful thoughts that contribute to how they are feeling.

    Person-Centered Therapy holds to the belief that as the client, you know yourself best. The therapist trusts you, as the client, to know what you need to process. As the client, you are provided a space to freely process what is on your mind without concern of judgment.
